Town Manager Ralph "Bud" Bentley is the Town’s chief executive officer and provides the Town Commission with the professional leadership and advice needed to operate the Town and carry out Commission policies. The manager is responsible for executing the administrative duties and tasks assigned by the Commission, including implementing the Town's annual budget.
Experience & Education
Bud began working for the Town in April 2010 as Assistant Town manager and was promoted to Town Manager in April 2016. He has extensive local government experience. He started his municipal career in Oregon. He has worked as an Assistant City Manager in West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Bud also served as the City Manager of a New Mexico city, and as an Assistant to the County Manager in Broward County.
Bud holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Public Administration from the University of Oregon and the University of Arizona.
